        Employee turnover is very high, so your mileage may vary, but the employees I knew at this location were heavily involved in fraudulent and illegal activity on accounts. I would not go to this location unless ABSOLUTELY necessary.

        Went into the Vancouver Mall AT&T Store today and had a very pleasant experience. I was surprised and happy that they were even open during these Covid times. Gavin was very helpful and knowledgeable with products and services. I’ve been with AT&T for about 20 years and have always been pleased with them. Will remain a loyal customer.
