Our washer broke down and it will be until March 1st that it can be repaired. I called then went in to rent a washer for two weeks and the service was awesome The transaction was quick and easy and the washer will be delivered and setup today. I highly recommend this location the staff is awesome

WHAT FOOLS WE WERE!! 3 years later, and over $2200 paid in INTEREST ALONE, adding up to over $4,000 + we are now the proud owners of a $1,800 TV. What a huge scam these people are pushing! We had no idea that we could pay it off early without having to pay the interest until after that date had passed. Full disclosure is definitely not in their sales pitch. My husband had a weekly payment plan and if he was a week, at the most late, they would PULL UP INTO YOUR DRIVEWAY for the $40.00 right in front of our neighbors in their RENT TO OWN VAN! Completely embarrassing, all for $40.00! DONT DO IT! IT IS NOT WORTH IT! This is my first review: How naive were we!!! Once in a while, we are fortunate enough to have everything go smooth. That is what happened today at the Rent-A-Center next to Bi-Mart on 11820 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. We had no idea of what to expect as neither my fianc or myself had ever set foot in a RAC.. We recently bought a home and made a very expensive move, which left us drained. I highly recommend this to anyone on a budget with proof of income, as a great option. With the help of Katie and Jamison, we made a decision on the perfect T.V. for us. They are both extremely knowledgeable on televisions and all of our questions were answered in a matter of minutes. Katie made sure that we had an affordable plan and in 6 months we will be the proud owners of an 82" LG UHD T.V.! The whole thing took about an hour and by the time we left, we were ready to invite them over for movie night LOL That's how friendly they were!!! Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable,. That is how I will describe the staff at Rent-A-Center to my family and friends and once Summer rolls around, we will be right back for an air conditioning unit! Now we know why they were so nice to us!!! We mustve had SUCKER written across our foreheads!
