I have a really hard phone to find and Virgin Mobile at that, I just needed to swap out the screen, I've done it before thanks to YouTube. I kept getting the wrong sized screens on E-bay and it was driving me nuts. They just happened to have the same exact phone as I needed for parts and sold it to me cheap, way cheaper than the screens I kept buying on E-bay. Love them and will be using them again today after they open, I have a bad charging port and I'm praying they can hook me up again.

The one and only thing they need to do is update there Web Site. That way someone can look to see what they have in-store. Otherwise there is nothing I could say about them that's negative.

Great place to get used cell phones!!! good inventory, knowledgeable staff! Customer service has never been a strong point of mobile phone technicians, but these guys take care of lots of people throughout the day in a techie kind of way; in other words be polite, but be straight forward with what you want and they will take care of you.

The middle button on my Iphone stopped working and it had been so frustrating using it. While on vacation in Vancouver, I stopped into Cell Phone Tech services and they said it was no problem to fix it. They were curteous and knowledgable. They fixed my phone same day and the prices were reasonable. From what I could see they had a good selection of phones & accessories. I now love my phone again and don't feel the urge to chuck it out the window :)
