BE AWARE OF THIS STORE!!! We went for a change of numbers and the employee Sebastian created a ghost account for us. He sold us a new account instead of changing the numbers like he was supposed to. When we called 611 to verify they said that now we have two accounts and we will have to pay for the days we used the lines. If he didnt know how to do it, he needed to tell us to call 611 and not make a ghost sale to get a commission. The 611 customer service told us to go to the store to fix it. We went there and they said that they were not allowed to fix the problem. They are irresponsible, rude and lazy. We had to go to a store in Portland to solve the issue with changing our numbers but AT&T is charging us the activation fee for those ghost lines. Go to another store!!!
