I had a screw in my left rear tire and i got in on a Sunday when i did not have an appointment. I was seen within 2 hours after i made my call. And they fixed my tire in a hour.

It was a little rough at first, tbh. Techician stayed late the night before and our appoinment was changed from 08:00 to 09:00 - we found out when we arrived at 07:30. Else, it all worked out and my service was completed ahead of schedule. The vehicle diagnostics came up with no error codes and I still have a erractic / rough idle. Changed spark plugs (OEM) Usd Seafoam to clean injectors / fuel system Throttle Body Cleaner to clean Throttle Body Changed MAF (after visit, OEM) Air Filter Clean Still no DTC - erractic idle between 400 & 600 rpm. :(

We took the car in for a full check up/oil after making an appointment. It took ~4 hours and then when we picked up the car, the check up sheet showed we had low PS fluid. We asked about it, and they refused to put power steering fluid in because they ran out of time. It takes two seconds so now we have to go buy it ourselves from Autozone. Not coming back, unprofessional and youll get ripped off.

Andre is probably the most courteous, mannerful and respectful person in the service industry. He was very friendly and my new tires were put on and front end alignment done within the time frame he quoted me. Extremely happy with Andre and the service at this Firestone location.
