Didn't respond to the form I filled out on their website. Didn't answer the phone when I called. Didn't return my phone call after I left a message. Three strikes and you're out. Poor customer service.

I will be the first to admit I know nothing about cars. So whenever something goes wrong with my car, I panic. I always fear that mechanics can tell I know nothing so I get overcharged. As a single mom of 3, I don’t have money to just throw around. My mom actually recommended I go to Big Johns, I am SO GLAD that I decided to go and check it out. I actually got a few quotes from other mechanics and I definitely feel like I made the right choice! I don’t feel like I got robbed for my money and I also feel like the level of care & kindness is priceless too. I’ll definitely be going back to Big Johns!!
