Called for an oil change. Service manager got me to put in new plugs; ok. The next day I got an e-mail confirmation for a 30K service. Wrote back asking for an estimate (as I wasnt sure what the service included as well as the cost). My e-mail was BLOCKED. But I have never written to them before (though I bought my car there). Wondered what caused their blocking my e-mail. Surmised that there might have been some unhappy customers? Decided to cancel the appointment and have it done in town.

I recently had my 911 serviced at Porsche Tacoma. I waited for my service and really appreciated the video they send to you showing you going through the inspection of your vehicle. What a great experience.

I have a 2012 Porsche Cayenne and I brought it in for a service, first off they wanted to charge $458 for an oil change (REALLY) they said they couldnt find the problem that I came there for which was a hesitation in my acceleration. How are you a certified Porsche dealership and cant find the problem with your own brand, product. Very frustrating, wasted half the day in there lounge area for a ride home and the finally got me an Uber ride home, over priced mechanics that cant do what there trained to doNEVER AGAIN!
