Came here for an oil change and to get my breaks done. Fantastic customer service by Brett and James!! I had to be out of here within a couple of hours, and I knew it was a big ask to request that they be done by a certain time with all the work they had to do. They were able to accomplish this, and even helped me activate my Firestone card while I was having issues with it. I cant express enough how grateful I am. I will definitely be coming back, because not only is the customer service great but I can trust their opinion and their work. Very thankful and pleased!

Bret was super helpful and could tell I was frustrated with my vehicle issues. I needed my tires rotated and was told 3 separate occasions that it couldnt be done when I brought my lifted truck in for some minor work prior to this last visit. This time I needed my alternator replaced and I asked again to rotate my tires and Bret said not a problem! I also asked if he could retorque my lift kit and he said he would, and he delivered! Kept me in loop with what was happening throughout the day as I requested and he delivered again with the calls. Thank you for taking care of my truck and treating it like your own as well as turning around the customer service experience I previously had prior to this trip which wouldve been my last. Ill be back, thank you Bret.
