        I ran over a nail and foolishly pulled it out. I limped into this Firestone location near the end of the day raving to beat my tire going flat. Nao assessed what was happening and suggested a plan. It wasnt clear there would be enough time to fix the tire today so the full size spare was placed on the vehicle and I was sent on my way. The flat tire was fixed and I got a call to come back this evening or tomorrow and theyd put it on . Nao and Conor got everything back together this evening and what could have been a very bad day was instead a very nice experience. Nao, Bradley and Conor were professional and courteous throughout as were the other members of the team I met. This Firestone is my new go to for all things automotive. Im only sorry that Im limited to just five stars.
