        I have been coming to the Auburn Firestone for years. I keep coming back to this store because of the outstanding customer service from Chuck. Chuck is always friendly and kind! I actually moved and still come back to this store because of Chuck. I hope Firestone realizes he is the main reason this store is clean, organized, and just a well ran business! I know he is always honest about the work that needs to be done,

        I always use to take my car to kent location because I use to live in kent then I move to Auburn I then select this location to give my vehicle full service which I was ready to pay for all the cost my request has been accepted I drop off the car and went back home someone called me to explain to me all the problem that they diagnose and how much it will cost. which was the tire system monitor, engine oil change. both front head lights. The breaks. After few hours someone called me saying car is ready to pick up went there pay them $1100 I drove off then I see there still tire system monitor light and tire pressure lights are on I went back and when I try to kindly ask what exactly happened the front desk guy he literally told me have a nice day with out solving my problem so I recommend anyone not to take ur car this location paying that much of money and ur car didn't get complete service is ridiculous I get very angry but I can't do anything other then not to go back again

        My family always get greeted nicely. The techs are always interested in our concerns for our vehicles. We have never had to worry about the oil cap being put back on or resetting the dashboard change oil light. They never try to oversell us on simple things we can do like hanging windshield wipers or light bulbs for our license plate. They ate happy to quote for jobs we need done such as brakes or new tires.
