Very disappointed. It been a few times that we have a bad experience in this location.
The customer service isnt good. We were 5 people ready to eat there but they barley had any options because they had ran out or it wasnt ready. 2 people ended up getting food only because we were already in line. We ended up going somewhere else to get food. Nothing like the chipotle in south center, they have the best customer service and I enjoy going there. This is nothing compared to that location.

Ordered through the app. Got it later then there estimated time but thats not the issue. Burrito and burrito bowel were missing the veggies and guacamole on top of it the burrito was especially spicy not how it was ordered.. customer service chat is trash. No help. Offered me a free bogo why would I want to order again just to have two more orders messed up. Just a way to get you to spend more money. Was not a big fan of Chipotle to begin with now I will definitely never order again. No shame to the location itself people are human I get that. But the way they have customer service set up is Unexcusable

I found a black piece of plastic in my burrito, it was towards the end so who knows if I consumed smaller pieces. When I told customer service about this, I was offered two free entrees to use in the next 30 days. I said no, why do they expire? I want my money back for the plastic burrito! So she gave me my money back and voided the coupons for the two free entrees! Chipotle customer service, I do not deserve this treatment! Why cant I have the coupons AND get my money back? I dont feel like Im being unreasonable, but customer service has gaslit me into thinking Im the crazy one! No Chipotle, Im gonna take some time for myself and see you in a couple weeks.

If you order online for pick up. Youre probably going to wait 20-30 minutes extra for your food. Its best to order inside the restaurant.

So far Ive had more bad experiences than good with this location. Ive gotten pieces of plastic in my burrito, theres been meat mixed in the plant based option, they put cheese when Im lactose intolerant and didnt even choose cheese. Its just disappointing bc youd think theyd be accommodating for vegans but theyre not. Maybe its just an issue with ordering online. I dont know. Just beware if you have dietary restrictions.
