Chipotle employees have been so lazy for the last 2years that chipotle quality keeps going down. There is always problem with the orders. They get lost, send to the wrong customer, missing items, cold food, raw meet!!! If i could give them 0 stars i would! I will be contacting Washington state Department of Food adm!

Ive noticed chain resteraunts are lot cleaner/better quality in west Seattle but this place was disgusting. They are not clean, the tukwila store is cleaner than this location. ridiculous. I also had a bowl but it tasted sour for some reason & I ended up throwing it out.

Saturday evening 5pm, rush hour for team chipotle, not here though. 4 employees on duty, no smiles. One tasked to handle the line of 6 while the others worked qui at a snails pace to achieve food preparation perfection. Unfortunately there was no chicken when I arrived #4 in line as we painstakingly awaited one bowl completion after another. Sadly this team just doesnt have the spirit, maybe next time.

This Chipotle is usually really good about making the orders correct, so long as you don't order ahead, that is. it seems the employees sense of integrity goes out the window whenever you aren't standing there watching the food be made. placed a mobile order tonight and ordered 2 bowls. both of which were supposed to have fajita veggies, and my bowl literally had one tiny piece of a bell pepper inside. the other bowl, which is a veggie bowl, had 0 fajita veggies inside. both bowls were light in comparison to ordering inside of the restaurant. only giving 4 stars because most experiences are okay.
this order was a 2-star at best.

A mad house but efficient. Mood is everything and governs how much good stuff you get in your bowl order from the preparer/server -- or profits do? Seriously, you can do better elsewhere.
