Chipotle Mexican Grill

How do you run out of chips? 30 minutes before closing and you guys are too lazy to throw more into the fryer or call me about it? Chipotle has really gone downhill. I have a kidney stone and i havent eaten in 24 hours because i havent had the energy to get out of bed and i finally order some food. and im supposed to eat my salsa with a spoon?

The guy on the grill turned and sneezed into the line (with my bowl on it) several times and the person who threw it together gave me lettuce instead of guacamole. When I asked for guacamole and she barley gave me any so I had to ask for a little extra. Luckily the person at the end saw that she didnt completely seal the container so I was able to go home and consume the flavorless booger concoction while sifting through shredded lettuce. Never again!

I was charged for the wrong size drink and the portions were smaller than usual. Each scoop was filled 1/4 of the way and had to ask for more. They could not roll a burrito properly, half of my burrito was not even covered by foil. I will not be returning and could not recommend this location less.

This Chipotle has been both the best and worst experience I've had with the brand. I've had bowls stuffed to the brim with all the deliciousness Chipotle is known for and bowls that were a sad mound of mostly rice. Similarly, I've had very friendly encounters with staff and struggled to get the attention of someone working. With a bit more consistency, this location could go from good to great.
