El Pique Peruvian & Mexican Restaurant

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The service is "TERRIBLE!" I arrived at 9PM on a Saturday for a meal. I was not given a menu or offered any drinks. I had to find a waitress, order my meal and was forced to pay before my food even came to the table. I then ordered a couple of drinks for my friend and I. As soon as the drinks came to the table, the security guard told me that I had to pay $30 or leave right away. I kindly asked if we could finish our drinks quickly. (I even said, "please, just give us 2 minutes just to finish the drinks before leaving") He then grabbed the drink out of my hand and forced us to leave! This place is not a business, it's a joke! They treat their paying customers like dirt! I will never ever go back to this place in my life and will always remember the terrible way they treated me!

They over charged us for a round of shots. If they were to look at the camera footage they would clearly see my friend paid for the round of shots and they double charged her after many of us tried to tell the servers that the round was already paid for. Dont reccomend anymore as this was one of my favorite places. We tipped great, service was great, but they wouldnt do anything about doing double charged and didnt event give us the courtesy of checking the cameras to see everything I am saying was right. They definitely cut corners where they can. Broke my heart. Very disappointed and dont want to come back..

I placed a to go order at 1:37, I live in Tacoma my family went to pick it up and there was no order I had to call them to let them know that I placed an order etc but what made me mad is that the lady behind the counter was being extremely rude to my husband who doesnt speak Spanish n kept ignoring him even when he was trying to pay her fo the food! She kept saying theres no order for u over and over even tho I was just on the phone with her! He waited until 330 to get the food, and not one time did they apologize for the wait or for not having the order ready. I tried to contact them on Facebook to put my complaint but they gave me a number I texted that number and no answer. Im just mad that they treat customers who dont speak Spanish like crap thats not right. Im Peruvian and Im so disappointed with their services. Will not return there

Incredibly loud & expensive. Gf and I walked in and was asked for $20 entry fee upfront. We said wed only dine in and not use the dance floor, so security let us through. The place was so loud that we opted to order take-out. Gf ordered ceviche de camarn and they charged $37 for some special ceviche item - wow! When confronted, the server said she couldnt hear us properly but refused to process a refund. When I probed into it, she never gave us a reason why not and kept offering to give us more food until another server gave us $20 cash to get over with the matter. Final bill for 3 items + 15% tips + taxes is ~$72. My card was still charged for $92 at the end of the day. With such a whirlwind of events, the food had to be really good to make up for it - and it wasnt. The soup was so rank. Lomo saltado was decent but fewer than 6 bites, and the ceviche was bland. First & final time for me. Take care.
