        I was helped right away by Hailey and she was super friendly UNTIL I decided to purchase 2 items instead of the 6 she recommended for me. After I checked out, she didnt say thank you or have a good day. She just handed me my receipt and items and walked away. Im really not sure if I will shop at a Buckle again.

        Worst customer service ever!! No Greeting , noone asked if we needed help as we walked in. Other customers in the srore also talking about how bad customer service is. One gal/worker sitting down another just standing on her phone! Ridiculous

        Unfortunately this is 2 separate visits I have walked into the Tacoma Mall Buckle. I have not had any employee help me or welcome me. This visit I was wearing all Buckle clothing, and nope still no customers service. I walked and looked at every rack from the front of the store to the back... Meanwhile I passed 2 employees,Nothing. I went and stood by register before they asked if I needed a room. I had jeans, shirt and a sweatshirt... No follow up asking if I need any other sizes.. nothing. Appears this store is looking for us to just shop online. More options and the same service. Very SAD! I have shopped here for Years! And only jeans I wear.. hmm maybe they don't get commission anymore. I will save my gas and shop online. Don't waist your either Oh and let me add, I was the only customer in the store
