        This store is really unprofessional. Staff isnt properly trained, they dont have good suggestions or sense of style, and the manager has an attitude. I feel bad writing this but I hope they can think to restructure a bit.

        Cece went above and beyond to make sure they had exactly what I was looking for. We went from display to display to find what i was describing to her all with a smile on her face, very friendly. She asked if I had the Buckle card, I explained that I didn't and wasn't sure I could be approved. We went on looking again for items I wanted. Linda the manager asked if I had the card, again I explained I didn't think I could get approved. Well needless to say with their help I was approved, I got the exact items I went in their store to purchase. I absolutely enjoyed both of these ladies..I can't say the same for the Valley store. Those workers are rude disrespectful and they judged us when we were in there. I would much rather drive the extra time to go visit the North Town store where customers are treated like friends.
