Where do I even begin, the people working here have no work-ethic whatsoever. I came in shopping with my parents, my dad was looking at a pair of pants, and keep in mind my parents love shopping at Buckle, my dad really liked these red colored rockrivials, the EMPLOYEE told my dad that they were really f**king ugly. And then another employee was assisting both my mom and dad, they were trying to decide if it was in their best interest to get an item my dad had tried on, the employee approached my parents and asked everything alright? You want me to hold that up at the front for you? My parents said were still deciding, the employee mentioned if you apply for the credit card its and additional discount off my dad had previously applied for the credit card earlier that day. The employee turned to my mom, and said have your mom apply for the credit card then. My mother is very young looking and for them to assume she was older than my dad obviously was very offensive. They both made the comment were married, these people now working there are the worst costumer service representatives I have ever encountered.
