Biggest waste of time don't go here I brought in 6 pairs of new jeans 5 with tags. They only wanted to give me 10 each pair after they told me yesterday they do from 30 to 50 percent of retail. When I asked why it was different today the they said that's what I'm offering today. Absolutely not getting my miss me or Tru religion jeans brand new with tag for $10 each. I will definitely let everyone in the surrounding area not to buy here. They don't keep thier word at all!

I brought a bunch of nice clothes here. They did not take the majority of them. A pair of my Tory Burch pants were taken to be looked at and NEVER returned to me. I could care less if the salesperson was "honest," I am now missing an expensive pair of pants. Do not bring clothing here. They do not pay well and they are dishonest. Worst experience ever. Try London Couture in downtown Tacoma, if you want to be respected. Forgot to mention, when they did give me a check for clothes sold, the check bounced and I had to go to their bank and hammer the check. Sounds like they might be doing cash now but BEWARE!

So I didn't want to come here because of the reviews. But I was greeted with kindness, the buyer was cool, and I saw a bit if behind the scenes with their buying process. Part of the reason the process takes time, is they actively look up items on the internet to make sure they can even buy what people are trying to sell. Plus looking at price comparisons, imo to get the going rate for what they are buying. Tbh, this is fair and appreciated. They do in fact look at every item with care and detail. Lastly, they make everything else smooth and cool. I give this place a 5 star. Support your local businesses :)

Love this place! Originally went to sell, but have found amazing thrifted basics here! Owners are nice and they take good used / like new vintage and trend.
