        Les Schwab repaired my flat tire at no coat. Niw that they accept appointments, I strongly recommend you get one rather than drop in. With a flat, I didn't have an option, so my wait was longer. Folks with appointments cycled in and out.

        Several occurrences led us to believe that the Les Schwab stores in the Spokane region have distinct differences compared to those in Oregon. The manager, Brian, at this particular location was disappointing. In short, he provided false information on delivery times, played games with pricing, and was extremely difficult to collaborate with. Of course, we decided to take our truck to another location in the valley that upheld the excellent reputation we are familiar with. Please note that we typically do not write reviews. However, this experience was so negative that we felt compelled to inform others in order to prevent similar incidents from occurring.

        We have had nothing but great service and great products from this Les Schwab location. Just had a flat repaired, and tires rotated and balanced. The tire installer Tracy was thorough, courteous, and professional.
