        Jonathan was great!! He quickly fixed my tire as it was loose and dangerous to drive , Im so happy with the service! Everyone is kind and welcoming and handled everything in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend, tambin hablan espaol buen servicio gracias

        I was told that the strut mounts needed to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM. I delivered my car on time, and after 7 hours of not hearing anything, I stopped by to check. The job was no where near completion. It would be another three hours, the manager said. The service manager said he was told they could have the car until 6:00 PM. I never said any such thing. Why would I schedule an appointment for 8:00 AM if I expected them to not work on my car until 3:00? This is not the first time I have received poor service at this store, but it is the last. Les Schwab is not the only game in town. Going forward, I will take my car and my money elsewhere.

        Thank you, Efrin, for your time today. The new car owner I was with now has a friend in the automotive service industry. You didn't try to sell her anything, BUT you sold her on your customer service. That VW Beetle knows where to go when it needs service.
