I can't say anything about service because I just go to sleep, but it is a nice hotel, and it has a beautiful overlook

5 stars from us. We travel a lot for work & pleasure and this hotel ticked off all the boxes that make for a good stay either way. The bistro has the perfect combo of bar, breakfast and lunch/dinner dining, with very fast, friendly service and good food. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and met all of our travel needs along with a great view of Lake Union. Great workout room. Great individual or group work spaces. Secure underground parking. Friendly, efficient front desk. Fabulous park across the street and amazing restaurants nearby. We will be back.

Me and my daughter stayed here for five nights for our Spring Break vacation in Seattle. The rooms were clean but only serviced once every three days or so. One thing you can do to not run out of supplies is to download the Marriott Bonvoy app and you can send some requests through there (like we asked for extra tissues and toilet paper and they were immediately provided) Our room had a lake view which was very nice, but the traffic on Westlake can be a bit noisy especially on weekday mornings, so one thing to think about when you get a room! The bistro breakfast food was fine, if a bit overpriced. Overall, we liked the hotel.

I stayed here earlier this year. This hotel is located in a quiet part of Seattle near Lake Union. That means if you are here to be in the midst of downtown and experience the hustle and bustle, this is not the hotel for you. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance but if you want to experience the famous sights like Pike Place and the Space Needle, you'll need to use a car, public transit, or an Uber. The room itself was simple and clean. It consisted of a bed, a couch, a television stand with a television on top, and plenty of storage space for clothing. All the furniture was pristine and so was the bed when I arrived. The bathroom was also pristine and consisted of a toilet and shower. The shower does not leak water because they closed the gap that usually exists with the glass showers. My room did not have a view, but I knew that going in as I had not paid the additional fee for the view. Nevertheless, it was clean and served my needs. The hotel has a restaurant on property. I went twice, and I had a good time on both occasions. I was attended to promptly and courteously and the food was passable to good. Speaking of service, the front desk was wonderful. I asked for a few toiletries such as towels and toilet paper and was attended to promptly and respectfully. All the front desk workers were polite and prompt, and I really appreciated all of them. Additionally, the hotel workers were equally polite and respectful. I felt very attended to. The lobby itself is beautiful and you could spend some time hanging out waiting for your Uber or your group in luxury next to a fireplace on comfortable chairs. It really elevated the experience. The only reason I am giving this hotel a 4/5 is because I cannot give half stars. The half a star is because no one came to clean the hotel room during my stay. This was disappointing but since I was alone, it was not a significant deal. Again, I would give this hotel a 4.5/5 rather a 4 if I could and am eager to stay here again. One other final quick area I wanted to address is that the small homeless village is no longer near the property. I know some were concerned about that. Other quick mentions are that parking is still indeed a separate charge and so is breakfast. Neither applied to me so I am not including them as factors in my review.

Parking $40 a night plus tax. That shocked me, yes I could have done more research into this prior, but to be forced to purchase parking due to other availability in the area is absurd. At least asking for a discounted parking rate could be maybe accepted. Also slippers not given as well. This is a Marriott, I would expect better amenities. Room is quite small as well, much smaller than your average hotel room you would likely be accustomed too.
