My husband and I came to Seattle for a quick 2 days getting away and to see a Mariners game. Embassy Suites upgraded our room to a suite, which was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful. Super clean. Staff is friendly. This is our 2nd time staying here, and I know my husband and I will continue to come back to this hotel because of this kind of service!!

We picked this hotel weeks out due to the location and have just arrived and I have to say were disappointed with the service and room. We booked for 4 guests (2 adults and 2 kids), room has a queen bed and sofa bed (which was not made up). No bedding in the room and two towels, one would think a hotel of this standard would be aware the booking is for 4 people and would have the sofa bed pre made for the kids and amenities (towels etc) for our arrival. I went to the front desk, our booking clearly noted for 4 people but Im told, no we dont make up the sofa bed prior seems very strange that we are expected to make the bed ourselves and no bedding supplied. Guy on reception didnt seem to care, he checked to see if any rooms had two queen beds which they did but Im told, that will cost us another $90 per night. Someone eventually came up with bedding and was helpful. Seems we came on holiday to make up our own bed for the kids and had to request towels (enough for 4 guests). Have stayed at double tree Seattle and wished wed gone back to that hotel instead of this one, not a great first experience! Rooms: Not great for familys, sofa bed is not set up, expected to make up the bed ourselves

This is a 7 star location. The location to downtown Seattle is excellent and right next to King Station and Light Rail. The hotel staff has always been super nice and hard to believe but remembers our names when we check in. The manager and front desk staff is there to greet and make you feel at home. Highly recommend and mean highly recommend this location for your next stay. Ask for Milton if you need anything delivered to your room. Can't say anything, but this location has a great Team. The rooms are upgraded and security around the hotel and rooms. Can't wait for my next visit. Rooms: Elegant rooms and spacious. The view overlooking Seattle is both great day and night. Safety: Security is at the entrances to the hotel. Need a room key to get past the 1st floor. Food & drinks: The breakfast is cooked to order. The nightly reception is outstanding.
