        Customer Service at the Maxwell is GREAT. Victor & Bonnie at the front desk accommodated us with TWO room changes (to help our special needs kid and give us a great mini-vacation). When I thanked them, Bonnie said, We do our best. Well, your best is very much better than everyone elses. We ended up in a quiet huge room with a view of the Space Needle and desk/sofa space for all the kids. Thank you, Victor & Bonnie. Rooms: Rooms are big & well-furnished Walkability: Walking distance to MoPOP and Space Needle

        My pup. Lilly. and I had a wonderful stay at The Maxwell Hotel in Seattle. Very conveniently located. The staff are amazing in helping with whatever you need (including a boost into bed) - they are quite high. Best of all they not only tolerate dogs, they encourage and pamper dogs. When Lilly walked into our room she immediately went and settled on the dog bed provided. She instinctively knew it was for her. The Puppy package was perfect. We give it a 5 bark rating.

        Everything, especially the bed and duvets. We have free purified water, beverages. The location is perfect, closed to space needle and museums.
