        I think that guests should be informed ahead of time when the pool is closed until further notice. I selected this hotel because my kids would have enjoyed the pool. We certainly didnt get our monies worth and Im not satisfied. Certainly will find another hotel the next time I travel from SeaTac Noteworthy details: Closed pool without notifying guests - no amenities worth paying for

        This is the dirtiest embassy I have ever stayed at. All the furniture is dingy and falling apart. The hot tub was literally brown , the pool was freezing cold. I AM DISGUSTING

        We have been going to this hotel a few times before. We stayed on March 29 for 1 night, and I was disappointed. My toddler and I went swimming. The water was cold for him, and he was shivering. We didn't stay long and just went to our room to give him a bath. The shower water in our room was cold too. The water suddenly changed temperature and was cold. I don't know what to say. A out this. The hotel needs to update their hot water tank.
