Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

I travel to Seattle often for work, and each time I've had to book a different hotel. Pan Pacific takes the cake. Classy customer services, great room cleaning, and the rooms feel a tad homier seeing as they are studio style. Cool espresso style coffee makers, and just all around good vibes. True story, I had a foot condition flare up on my most recent trip leading me to limp around in pain all day. When I got back, the nice young gentleman at the front went out his way to get me a large ziplock full of ice so I could ice my heel. Small thing, but made my day. This is my new go to hotel for my frequent trips to the area.

Stayed there many times. Location is really sweet. Very courteous and friendly service by all that work there. I'm a member and will continue to stay there when traveling to Seattle.

I stayed for a week at the Pan Pacific Seattle. While the rooms and amenities were nice, I have been treated very poorly by multiple of their front desk staff on separate occasions. I have wrong charges on my receipt that I have called several times to resolve and have been spoken to poorly and given the runaround for a week now.
