Received excellent phone/customer service from Jocelyn at the Laurelhurst branch.  She even followed up with a phone call to let me know the issue had been resolved.  Very nice during these trying times!

Clay is the man! One of the nicest bank managers I've ever met. Bring your business Keffie  amazing tellers. Clay the manager has always been more than helpful. This bank is so cozy! If I was Tom Hanks in Sleepless in Seattle this is where I would put my money! A+

Very bad experience, as I though I could finish my business before go to work, but they open until 9 am, which is too late for me. I wont consider go this place in the weekdays

Although they put a 5-day hold on checks, when I went into the branch, Mr. Brinks, the manager, was very kind and professional and let me keep the portion of cash that I needed that day. So, it is always better to go into the branch and see the manager when needing more cash than the ATM lets out. We can't keep the economy going when our money is tied up, and we shouldn't have to go to another bank, and Mr. Brinks understands that. Good branch, nice location, huge parking lot that belongs in a more crowded neighborhood.
