        One star is WAY too much for the fouled up manner in which this bank operates! The people are nice, but incompetence runs rampant!In only a year or so after opening this account, I had numerous problems accessing my statements online, partially due to numerous changes in the operation of their website. I became frustrated fairly soon after opening the account and I won't include every detail, but the simplest detail went awry!Even when I closed the account at the drive-up window, the woman stated that the final statement was off by a penny. That's not a big deal, but this is a BANK! There are several more issues that I could include, that were very negative, but I feel that I've said enough.  However, as someone with an extensive banking background, I would like to recommend to anyone considering ANY bank, to consider the reviews before leaping in. Too many banks hire people right out of college, into positions of responsibility. Also, investigate the various departments to be sure it is a good fit for what you need. Good luck!
