I had a very frustrating experience with this branch. Despite submitting the required document multiple times, it was repeatedly requested. The ladys dismissive attitude and lack of customer service skills (not sure if she was the manager at this branch) only added to my disappointment.

I was with a banker for about 30 minutes taking care of my banking needs. Then the Asian male manager came over to tell the banker to stop helping me, make an appointment for later, and help the appointment that came in. Apparently the appointment was to send a wire. The manager wasn't willing to help to send a wire. The banker felt really bad and sorry and looked embarrassed because the manager clearly looked like he was complaining and whining. I even felt bad for this employee to be under such horrible leadership.

I needed money 8000 went to this location. they told me we dont have that much money in the bank. we can give you only 5k and thats the limit which I know they where wrong.. loll close the bank,simple . I had to go to deferent branch the next day to get my money that I need that day. Why????? Not fare well! I guess I need to change the bank.

They stole customer's money, blamed it on Zelle, ran away from their customer's and people still bank here? We need to drag their bosses into the street and get justice for the people.

Bank of America and campgrounds - Downtown Seattle. The irony is incredible.
