        I'm not a member. I just cash a monthly $40 Chase check. They're supposed to be free to cash, but I was charged $5 last month and I had to tell the teller this month when she told me it was going to cost $10. It's not a big deal; though I don't understand why they only charged $5 last month instead of it being free or $10.
