        Drove all the way over here to get cash for Christmas gifts and the ATM doesnt even offer a withdrawal option. How inconvenient.

        ATM wasn't working. I contacted the US Bank fraud prevention department and they said a transaction was pending and there was nothing they could do. They made no effort to inform the branch or check the machine. I tried calling the branch and they didn't pick up the phone. I don't know if they're still in business.
