        No tellers...... all 4 staff are ignoring the 3 customers waiting in line for help.... when asked if i can get help to make a withdrawal i was told to use the ATM...... worst branch experience ever

        Understaffed, often people who have no idea about finance and banking are working there. Some are very incompetent, some are rude, others are overwhelmed. If it happens and you meet someone who is skilled, this someone is gone the next time you go there.
