        Rezwan Malek opened an account for me. I explained at the time how the checking account was going to be used and the efficiency I was looking for. The results were the opposite of what he promised. I had to take off work early to try and figure out why the company would debit another account and then put a hold on accessing my money for two weeks. The answer I received was a shoulder shrug and many sentences starting with "generally". I am disappointed.
