The one thing I wanted to say is at the 163rd and meridian office.. is that the one person that does a very good job is"ARIEL" that girl can work she does everything and she keeps the front bathroom extremely clean. Keep up the great work.....

Came in to price some storages. The young man working behind the counter was incredibly professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to storing with them in the near future!!

I originally got a storage unit here because I checked around and they had the cheapest price for the smallest size storage unit that I needed At the time. I didnt have much stuff just one sectional couch, two end tables, a coffee table and a couple boxes. So I went ahead and Rented out the storage unit in South Hill. Two months go by and I receive a letter that they were increasing my My rental price $20 more. I was a little confused because I didnt know they would do something like that in the first place especially after only renting for a couple months at that time. Another two months goes by and I get another letter saying they were increasing it again 30 more dollars on top of 20 they had already increased it so now $50 more than when I originally rented it. By that time I was getting pissed another two months go by and now increasing it to $75 more then the price i originally paid when I first started renting it . which is absolutely absurd and a total scam!! I packed up my stuff and moved out immediately. Of course I didnt give them notice So still received a $300 bill After moving out of the unit for not notifying them properly! I know other people who also moved their stuff out after getting a dramatic increase in their rental price in a short amount of time without any warning. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

From the looks of it this seems to be a great place to store your items. I know someone that stores their vehicle here and everything has been fine so far. Thanks for doing what you do.
