The young lady that helped me decide to upgrade to a bigger unit was amazing.. she was extremely informative, had answers for all my questions, was complimentary, and very easy to talk to. Even her delivery of not so great information, was done so in a way that wasn't rude or belittling. Give her a 10 out of 5 if I could! I highly recommended this facility.

Wonderful service! Today my father and I experienced excellent customer service from KAREN! We needed some extra space and had to upgrade from our 10x12 and Karen helped us out by finding a larger unit just 3 doors down! Nothing but Smiles and Joy on this beautiful weekend from Karen! She was very understanding and held great conversation! Thank you so much!
