Janelle was SO very kind and accommodating when I needed to rent a storage space! She immediately welcomed me, and walked me to the available storage spaces that were available at the Capitol Hill location. When I decided on a unit to rent, Janelle quickly and efficiently helped me secure the space while making me laugh throughout the entire process. The Capitol Hill Public Storage location is THE BEST!!!

Janelle was super helpful. When movers wanted to charge me an additional $250 for carrying distance, she immediately found me a space closer to the entrance. Everyone I spoke with at Public Storage was kind and very customer oriented.
