Mixed bag, cheap rates but you get what you pay for.

I have a 3 bed 2 bath, in unit washer and dryer, no AC for 1250$ , a great price compared to housing in the area just be prepared to spend $200-300 on an ac unit

Great single bedrooms with multiple leasing options. Housing staff and maintenance are good. Washer and dryer available in common areas.
