The Grove Apartments Pullman

Update: Don't bother renting here. The unit was nothing like the show unit. They won't pro-rate partial months. There is no early terminations, the lease states there is a buy-out option but if you contact them, they won't issue one. No one will re-let this unit, I've had it posted as available since last August with no serious interest. Also, the power bill is somehow $150 for the unit with very little appliances plugged in. The front desk staff act like college kids because they are college kids. There is some professional staff, but they hide until you figure out their contact info.

Unfortunately had to revise my review. I payed my rent and then got this message. Theyre praying on people who dont make a lot of money, or have their parents paying their rent. This doesnt make sense or seem fair at all. I dont have the funds to be paying my rent before its due just so I dont have to pay a late fee because of THEIR processing systems. Thats not on me. I paid.

Ive lived here for 3 years now and its definitely gotten better as the years go on. I think the grove management is doing great right now! Its a fun place to live :)

This is my 3rd year living here in a 3 bd apt. I've had 5 different roommates since moving in and we've gotten along pretty well. A few months back the maintenance team was changed and I believe the owner company did too. Pros: Staff has been friendly and easy to work with Apt has had little to no need for maintenance (2 day) Turn around A/C and heater work great New bed and frame were given to us. Room/bath/closet are very roomy so it's easy to organize Snow is plowed pretty well Cons: Trash compactor gets backed up constantly Wish hot shower lasted longer and was hotter Move out fees get you good ( heard from friends who lived here and moved but I wouldn't know yet until I move) Parking lot gets packed. Tanning room is usually not available Cieling/floor aren't thin but you can hear everything that happens in the living room from your room.
