I stopped in to buy a present for my wife's 50th birthday. The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. I bought 2 necklaces and matching earrings and got a free tote bag if I spent a $150. My wife loved it. The jewelry seemed like it was excellent quality not some cheap knock off stuff.

The products are beautiful and well-made. I received one as a gift from an out-of-state friends and returned it because I couldn't wear it (nothing wrong with the item). My experience was that I was interrogated by the Alderwood sales associate who insinuated that I frequently return items to the store (I had never been to the store before). She then really pushed me to buy other things, even though I clearly and repeatedly said I did not want to. I was very uncomfortable. I gave three stars because the products are good quality, but my experience made me decide not to return to this location.

I've been a Brighton fan for over 20 years! I have boughten many purses, jewelry and shoes over the years! The manager, Patty, and her associates provide great customer service but she is exceptional. She knows the inventory very well and is so friendly and helpful. She goes way beyond for you and enhances the shopping experience. The staff all wear Brighton so they are wonderful models to show off the merchandise. I get lots of compliments whenever I wear something from Brighton.
