If I could give this business no stars I would.
Today my sixteen year old attempted to return a pair of earrings, unopened still in the packaging with h the receipt.
She was told by the store clerk and manager that is was against Washington state law for them to accept the return of earrings.
The manager also shared she was a minimum wager employee and the company did not care about complaints issued. I recorded the conversation and frankly was disappointed in their actions.
Now I did my research and this simply is not true. It also is not store policy.
I do not know the motivation behind the lie the clerk and manager at this particular location chose to share with us today. I do know we will not be returning.
