I ordered one of their hats from Amazon and it arrived slightly misshapen. I contacted the company and was told I could bring it in and they would fix it - a much better portion than returning it - lucky I live local to them!
On arrival I was greeted with a smile and my hat was whisked upstairs for some TLC.
I spent the next 15 minutes talking hat care and accessories (of which I bought quite a few!). My hat was returned to me and it was perfect! I will most definitely be a return customer.

Neat little shop. A little out of the way, but the staff were very friendly and helpful.
