I've had great experience here, thanks to Jamie, Rosa, and Toby who have been so helpful and attentive. It took me a while to make a decision, and they were so patient and professional. I would go back to this store because of these amazing people.

Deserves 0 star. They wouldn't accept a return which i bought from the outlet store 30 miles north of this place. The response of the manager was callous and he had this "I DON'T CARE" attitude and literally felt like he made policies on the go. !

I had the pleasure of experiencing sheer customer obsession from the sales associate, Adrienne! Firstly, Adrienne introduced me to all the incredible Black Friday sale items, ensuring I received the absolute best deal. What truly stood out, though, was their unwavering commitment to making my shopping experience exceptional. I had been searching for a Michael Kors Hudson logo backpack for my husband, and luckily, there was a sale going on. Although the bag was not available in their store, Adrienne went the extra mile to assist me. They reached out to every Michael Kors store across the country until they located the bag I desired at a store in Miami. The very next day, Adrienne reached out to inform me that they could arrange for the bag to be shipped to my location, and I could make a secure payment online. This level of dedication and determination was truly above and beyond what I expected. Thank you, Adrienne, for making this shopping experience truly exceptional!
