My mom and I came to the Talbots at Alderwood Mall just after it opened in the morning one summer day in July last summer. The store was pristine and even had a display in red, white, and blue colors to match the holiday of the month. Clothes throughout the store were well displayed and tidy. My mom was looking for somethings specific and so approached the cashiers for help with the item. Turns out they did not have what we had come looking for. Some disconnect between online offerings and in-store offerings. The workers were helpful and polite in our interactions.

The customer service is amazing! They walk up to your fitting room and ask if everythings okay! They have great clothes for grandmas and they always have sales! There are no bathrooms! Also they have a monthly news paper showing you all the newest trends and styles!
