Worst place to ever call home! We signed our first lease in November of 2019. Sure the place is ran down, cops go through the apartments often for other residents that live there, hot tub NEVER worked, the park on the back side of the place is actually just a city park that anyone can use during any hours, the appliances are dreadful and I'm sure vary through out the units, and the office never answers the phone (only got one call back on a voicemail over the years). We lived in two separate units each one very outdated even though any one can see how high the rent is . That's to be expected though, most apartments are not dreams come true and we expect that. This whole review is about how our lease ended. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids one as young as 1.5 years. They put a renewal on our door we accepted and they accepted we received the email for that. Then I waited days for the new lease to come through the portal. When that didn't happen I called the office and got Jason (new person since the office has a high turn over. 4th "Manager" in our time there) for him to tell me that they won't renew our lease and we need to move by the end of lease. Why won't they renew? We were over occupancy even though last year we renewed with the same amount of people but this year Jason couldn't explain why they over looked it last year and that we needed to move. They gave us barley two weeks to find a new place. VERY stressful when its the middle of summer and availability for units is hard to come by. When we did move out on the last day of the lease I went to Leah in the office who doesn't handle or know anything about the move out process even though she's been in the office longest out of her and Jason. I finally got ahold of Jason two days later and he was surprised that we moved even though there was never a chance of renewal. Highly disappointed in how my family was treated after so many years of calling this place home. * For the parents out there this place is a terrible place to have your kids roam! Cigarette butts everywhere, drug paraphernalia on the side of the complex away from the office, and dog poop EVERYWHERE! Beware having your kids run through the grass!!

Theres definitely a reason this complex has good reviews. The staff are so friendly, the complex itself is beautiful, everyone has been so quick to respond. Thanks Leah for all your help!

Lived here for 4 years. Thought id found a decent place to stay long term, turns out that's not the case and most of the things that I thought set this apartment complex apart from others were due to laws passed during the pandemic. Pros: Friendly staff, grounds are well maintained and its close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Rent goes up 100 a every year despite being above market rate and empty units being offered for hundreds less then current tenants. Loose/very little enforcement of the rules and lease provisions (guy living below me had pot plants growing in full view on his balcony, abandoned cars parked in spots for months/years). Nickel and dimed for everything (parking, pets, amenities you wont use). Wouldn't suggest this apartment if you are sensitive to cigarette or weed smoke/smells. Complex is an absolute nightmare to drive around when there is lots of ice and snow.
