        I took this apartment because it was all I could afford in the area. They know this and take advantage of their tenants. Ive never lived in an apartment that conducts random inspections of my apartment but they've inspected us several times in the year and a half that I've lived here. The staff is unresponsive or rude when they do respond. They cannot be bothered to even answer simple questions via email. Oh and the fees! They'll charge you a fee for every single little "mistake" you make. They don't give clear instructions on how to avoid these mistakes until AFTER they have charged you and will hear nothing about reversing charges. You really do get what you pay for.

        Nice kool clean friendly environment I've never heard of any criminal activity going on since I'm here everyone is just back and forth doing their own thing and that's great, kool place to live.

Secondly, I'd like to discuss with you about the rudeness you encountered among the staff as this is not ok. We did experience a number of property and unit inspections from various agencies last year and I agree that while they're required, they are disruptive, so thank you for bringing those concerns to my attention.
