I dont recommend this place they are all stealing your money please dont rent in here I am working for a non- profit organization I know all of them well except Justin the new property manager is just a person who is posing for everyone attitudes and don't listen to anyone I will reach out to their higher guys to let them know I am renting your apartment, but I am not responsible renovate your unit after moving out of your place they are doing this for the purpose and making people to pay them the money also I will definitely go to the court and file a claim against all of them except Justin see you soon in the court HNN you are the Mafia of getting people money and kick them out of your apartments

"Luxury living at an affordable price" as a tagline is laughable, at best. An outright lie, even if you only take into account the inside of the buildings, but especially the rest of the apartment. Don't move here if you don't have to. This is a regular occurrence. "Trash mountain". We have one compactor and TWO small recycling bins for 14 buildings, most of which have a minimum of 12 family sized apartments. There are at least 500 people here. The effort on part of the maintenance people to keep the compactor running and pick up any trash that gets left when it's not is admirable but ANY issue with the single compactor (like today) or it simply becoming full is enough to creat mountains of trash because they CAN'T fix it in a timely manner and the apartments won't get help for them. This has been here at least three days so far. Trash pickup is later today and comes EVERY week. Maintenance is great, but they're chronically understaffed so while they do what they can, they're only here 9-5 and can only do so much with the few people they have (along with maintaining the actual buildings). The company that bought our apartment complex needs to get it together. This was a lovely complex for years until that company purchased us and made maintenance nonexistent. A second compactor and more recycling areas would be great, too.
