        Not a place to live if you can afford a few hundred dollars more than the current rent. People come into the building and pee smells terrible. Not enough cameras to watch people come and go especially the garage.

        New management seems to be trying to fix some of the problems, but vandalism is high, security gates in underground parking are broken and left open. Security cameras do not work. UPDATE 4/1/2024 Security gate is still not working so anyone can come in. Door to elevator room does not shut properly so it doesnt lock . Photo below is a person who doesnt live here with a shopping cart stealing the fire extinguisher.
