    They will issue a void check for your refund. Its just $300+ yet its so hard for them to release it. Its my money. The refund they promised should arrive within 7-10 days according to their email. Guess what? Its been 12 days already. I just read the reviews here and they cheat people for their refund. Just horrible! If you are expecting for this management to even listen to your concern, nope! This is not the place. Theyre very unprofessional, have the worst customer service and not helpful at all. Dont apply on this property.

    Let's set the record straight - this place is NOWHERE near a 5 star rating. I wish I could leave 0 stars. They gave us a void check for our refund (took them 10 days to send and its a void check). Most terrible apartment run by even worse employees. Leasing agents who always say I JUST GOT BACK FROM LUNCH at 3:00PM. They dont answer the calls at all, even if there are 3 of them in the office. The lack of communication here is a major issue also. They do nothing to get our refund back, and pretends its not their problem. Always say I WILL CALL YOU BACK, but they wont really call. Incompetence at its finest. Hope the owner evaluates the management team especially the rude ladies who dont show any care at all, obviously they hate their job.

    This might just be the most poorly managed apartment Ive ever lived in. ~ No one answers the phone during business hours. ~ No one returns calls during business hours. ~ No one returns emails during business hours. ~ You can try to go to the front desk to speak to someone. If there is anyone there (and that is a big if), youll be waiting in a line of 5-10 other angry tenants who cant get their issues resolved. ~ They will return calls and emails outside of business hours but then you just end up in a back & forth over voice mail/email that takes days to get answers when it all couldve been resolved in a 5-10 minute phone call. When I was looking for a complex to call home, my number one priority was a washer/dryer in unit because of my disability. I am not physically able to carry heavy loads for long distances so going to an on-site or off-site laundry facility is not an option for me. My washer has now been broken for over a month and Ive only lived here for 2 months. I have explained to the office staff my disability and that Im not able to carry my laundry somewhere else. Their response was oh well. The appliances are a courtesy and this is not an emergency. After pleading with them and explaining that this is not just a minor inconvenience, it is actually causing me additional pain, they offered to let me use an empty unit to do my laundry there. This empty unit is on another floor on the other side of the building, at least 1/8 mile from my unit. This is not acceptable. The new washer was delivered more than 10 days ago and Im being told it will be another 2 weeks before anyone can install it in my unit. Do not live here if you have any kind of disability and expect a quick response for any kind of maintenance issue. FWIW I had ordered a hand cart to help me with this bull$hit of having to take my laundry somewhere else but the delivery company left it at my door and it was stolen before I got home from work. Like everyone elses reviews on here things dont get fixed. The garage door has been broken for months. It doesnt take 3 different vendors a year to figure out how to fix it. Yes, I was aware before I moved in that there were only 8 guest parking spots. I wasnt aware that the same 8 cars would get to camp in those spots so that they arent available for anyone else to use. Or that other vehicles (especially motorcycles) can just park wherever they want in the garage without paying for a parking space. This place is a joke. Do not sign a lease here. I very much regret that I am now stuck here for a year.

    They will cheat you out of $336. The story is that my husband and I planned to move into this complex. The fact that they rejected our application is no problem. However, when we asked if perhaps some documents were missing, the response from the management was inadequate. Furthermore, despite assurances that they would call us back, they failed to follow through. That's acceptable. However, to process our application, we paid this complex $336, which was supposed to be refunded if our application was rejected. Initially, they did not respond promptly regarding the refund, and then, two weeks later, they informed us that the refund would be returned to our card, with a waiting period of 10 working days. We waited, but upon calling the center, we were told that they had no information about our refund. If the money is not returned to us within the next week, I will take legal action. It seems they are attempting to defraud us by delaying the refund in the hopes that we will forget about it.
