Current resident. Absolutely terrible management, the building is basically falling apart, very expensive rent for what you actually get. Each unit is the size of a hotel room that you are paying a whole paycheck for. Appliances break constantly, and there is no storage space. This place boasts high security by offering gates and an unnecessary amount of locks on different doors, but the system they use is both very fragile (breaking all the time) and easily unlockable by potential thieves. They also charge $150 per parking spot inside the garage, which is standard nowadays, but it almost seems safer to park anywhere else with the amount of break-ins we have had. Even the office was broken into and their laptop to check the security cameras was stolen. To add to all the issues that we all suffer with, we had complained that there were bugs in our unit. When they came back to inspect, they decided to blame us for the bugs and charge us over $1000 with no proof that we had anything to do with the infestation. This place just wants your money and to price gouge you as much as possible. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. There are multiple other places right down the street with better management, less hidden fees, less crime, and a better environment for similar prices if not cheaper.

(04/2024) I've lived here for a year. Here are my thoughts: Pros: - Front desk staff are great. Everyone is awesome and delightful to interact with. - Great location. Plenty of amazing restaurants/shops close by and Alderwood Mall is few minutes away by car. - I live in north facing unit and the view is very nice. Outside is relatively quiet despite being so close to the highway. - Apartment is brand new, so everything is very clean and Ive had little issues so far. Various amenities it comes with are also great (i.e. gym, courtyard, etc.) Cons: - EV charging is very expensive. They outsource it to Blink and their rates are worse than Tesla Supercharger, despite being only L2 charging. There are no option to plug your EVs into 110v outlets. No free charging at ~$150/month for parking (same price regardless of EV spot or regular spot) is pretty outrageous. - No dedicated guest parking makes it very difficult to have people over. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a courtyard when you can't have your guest park nearby. - Floors are very thin, so you need to be extra mindful during the evening times. Additional Notes: - From what Ive heard around from my neighbors, utility has been steadily rising over the last few months (I pay up to $165/month currently, and that's not including the electricity bill). The pricing is competitive (expensive), and parking is far more expensive than anywhere else I've checked thus far. However, it is still a decent place minus all the flaws I mentioned above.
