Lynnwood Townhouse Apartments

I lived here a year ago. My house burned down due to another apartment going up in flames attached to mine. They gave me one day to move out of the powerless husk once we were finally allowed back in and made "Give me" hands for the keys when we were done at 8. I don't write negative reviews, but this place needs to be condemned. I drove by and instead of Tearing down the building that was burned out, they're fixing it up to rent out again. DON'T LIVE HERE. It's a cute place, charming houses, and god we miss our garden, but don't fall for cheap rates.

A section of these townhomes are totally being renovated! As tenants move the units are being gutted and are being fitted with modern appliances flooring and lots of other stuff. Great staff too

I loved the layout but I agree with the fire hazard issues,and maitness,and management and it's a safety issue with no lighting in the back or side of the building.when I lived there in 2010 my heater would spark when turned on and the window cracked from barely shutting the back door and we got blamed for it.and parking iss horable

I lived at the Lynnwood townhouses from 2014 until November 3rd 2019. We had so many wiring problems and electrical problems, I had asked for maintenance multiple times and they would come over and kind of fix things. Then I started to smell wires that were burning and I called PUD to come out and they said we need electrician asap or my place are would catch on fire and people would die. That is what happened November 3rd 1:54 p.m. the fire happened and two kids died ,my neighbor kids. I had known those kids for years and it is such a tragedy. Then December 24th 2022 there was another fatal fire and as of today the building I lived in, has a sign on all of the doors that says the fire alarms aren't up to code. When we had our fire myself and two other tenants did want to stay on the property and we were promised a unit. I knew that they would do something sketchy, so I continued to look for an apartment and on Christmas Eve they sent us all a text saying that they're not going to rent to us. They gave no reason or anything. Not only did my neighbor kids die also we had several pets that died too. I'm still not ok.

Horrible place with a horrible company that JUST wants to make money and they truly don't care if you live or not. As long as they get money. Here's my reasoning behind this. ......... ATLEAST a fatal fire each year. I used to live in the complex but was misplaced after a fire...surprising, but to be unbiased, TWO KIDS have tragically passed because the maintenance hasn't shown up when requested, the fire department was surprised that the place was still having people live here and that the electrical wiring is super outdated. They warned us that if there is nothing done soon then there is gonna be a fire and people may die. We warned the complex but they did nothing and they are still doing nothing besides putting a fire watch sign on the door. Absolutely horrible. Don't live here if you don't want to lose everything and watch your children and yourself suffer from the actions of others.
