Canyon Springs

We moved into Canyon Springs in 2016, and we have truly enjoyed living here. Yes, the parking can be an issue, especially if you get home late at night, however there are carports available to rent. We still live here, and love the manager, Meg. She is on top of everything and truly wants to make sure its an enjoyable living environment for everyone. Maintenance is always great, work orders are completed in a timely fashion. This was the best apartment community we could have moved into, and hopefully the fact that we have lived here for 7 years should show how much we have enjoyed our home here :)

A HUGE thank you to the amazing, hard working maintenance staff who were out early this morning making sure the sidewalks and stairs were cleaned off...and working late to remove snow to make other resident areas accessible, and keep us safe!!

Poor organization. They are the type of people to do the bare minimum for the residents, from fragrantly towing cars while providing no safe parking alternative to a practice of ignoring emails until it comes to the point where they can issue a fee. They clearly are not out for their own residents and I highly recommend not living there. They are un-able or un-willing to solve issues that they invent for people living there. That said, the upkeep isn't anything to complain about and the residents are easy to work with and sweet people. Just seemingly either intentionally neglect or incompetency on the part of the management.

I am a current resident since 2019, and the staff here are always friendly, always well informed, and definitely try to look out for their residents. Their maintenance team is very hard working and it is clear they care a lot about the upkeep. The ONLY thing that is difficult here is the parking and quite frankly a lot of that is due to so many people needing to live in apartments together which is an issue with the system and reality of our economy- not the fault of the complex. Every once in awhile my roommates and I (3+ at all times) have come home super late (past 10pm) and needed to park on the side road. This is not a super common occurrence and it has been a problem at every complex I have lived in. Here I feel like it is more of a community and people are very nice and friendly. My little puppy Tank has plenty of other dogs around with friendly owners who let him say hi. The staff here are always quick to respond to us and resolve issues we have. A couple weeks ago someone invaded my home when I was alone (I have no idea possibly a previous roommate because they unlocked the door) and Meg has been very helpful in helping us get our locks changed. Because of all the bad things with COVID and an economy that doesnt support millennials trying to survive, I have had to change my roommates over and over again and Meg (and Amy before she left) were always INCREDIBLY patient and helping us with the paperwork. We feel pretty well taken care of by staff that take a personal interest in their residents and try to get to know their residents. Thats very rare and well appreciated. Im happy to be living here!
